What should I do if I don't agree with a student's rating or review, or consider it to be offensive?

First of all, we do totally understand how frustrating a low rating can be! However, in order to maintain transparency among our students, as well as maintain fairness among other tutors, we cannot remove any of the comments or ratings left by the students unless they were offensive or patently untrue. If you believe that this is the case, you can submit a lesson rating review via the on-site Chat function.

To avoid low ratings, we recommend that you provide plenty of opportunities for students to ask questions and offer feedback throughout the lesson.
