We issue payments before the end of the working day on Monday, KST. This means that, if you were to request your money on a Wednesday, we would issue that payment the following Monday and you would receive it shortly afterwards.
International transfers, even within PayPal, can take a couple of days to process, so we recommend that you wait until the following Wednesday before flagging a missing payment with either us or PayPal.
If you still haven't received your money within 5 working days, you should contact PayPal and drop us a message via the on-site Chat function.
Please note: we won't be able to issue any money to you until you've submitted your tax form in the "My Page" section of the site.
