At the end of your first two weeks on the platform, you’ll become a fully-fledged tutor! When this happens, we’ll maintain all your Promotion Points but essentially reset your Star-Strike Status.
This means you’ll revert to 5 Stars and 0 Strikes. You’ll be able to earn those final two Stars (Acceptance Rate & Average Rating) as soon as you teach your first lesson and accept your first lesson request after you leave the Grace Period.
Don’t worry about your booking rate or Tutor Profile suffering from this temporary drop in Stars! We know this is simply because you’ve moved away from the Grace Period and won’t limit your account’s visibility at all because of it.
