We don't currently have a direct messaging function on the site, but are more than happy to carry messages between students and tutors. Just drop us a message via the on-site Chat function and we'll relay a message to your student for you. We may also drop you a message via the same Chat function from time to time with a message from one of your students!
We encourage both tutors and students to not establish contact with one another outside of Ringle. We cannot ensure the safety and privacy of either tutors or students is maintained on third-party platforms, and would strongly recommend that you avoid sharing details of your social media accounts, phone numbers, addresses, or email addresses.
We expressly forbid communicating with junior students outside of the platform, and will deactivate tutors if we discover that they have attempted to poach students from the platform through off-platform communications. That being said, we know that tutors and students do often end up networking via professional platforms, such as LinkedIn, and we encourage you to use tutorials as opportunities for career development.
