My lesson was marked as "late", even though I was on time. What should I do?

First of all, check that you were, in fact, on time! It's highly unlikely that our system mis-records a tutor or student's lesson entry time. This time is calculated as the time that you hit the "Enter" button on your upcoming lesson!

We always recommend entering a lesson a couple of minutes early to ensure that you have time to get settled and set up the Ringle Doc to your liking. This will also help to ensure that you're not accidentally late for a lesson.
