In order to avoid being penalized for a Late or Incomplete Feedback Report, you need to make sure to submit it or request a Feedback Waiver for it within 24 hours of the lesson's scheduled start-time. I.e. if the lesson started at 3 PM, you would have to submit the Feedback Report by 2.59.59 PM the next day.
If you submit your Feedback Report after that 24 hour-time period, but before 48 hours have passed, you will lose the star in the "Incomplete Feedback Report" criteria of the Star-Strike System. After the 48 hour mark, you will lose 100% of the compensation for this lesson and the lesson will be marked as "Incomplete", which means it won't contribute to your weekly Incentives. In both cases, the "Incomplete Feedback Report" criteria of the Star-Strike System will also be impacted.
