On rare occasions, a student might ask a tutor not to submit a Feedback Report, even in a Speaking Focused lesson. If this happens to you, please confirm that your student doesn't want a Feedback Report before the lesson ends and ask them to write a note confirming this in either English or Korean on the lesson's Ringle Doc.
Once you have done this, you must submit a Feedback Waiver from the Past Lessons. Here, you will need to indicate the relevant reason from the multiple-choice list. If your reason for submitting a Feedback Waiver is not mentioned, you should send a request for a Feedback Waiver to us via the on-site Chat function. Here, you should include the Lesson ID and as many supporting screenshots and evidence as possible.
*Please note: You shouldn't initiate a discussion about whether or not your student wants a Feedback Report unless you had a Writing Focused Lesson. If it comes to our attention that you requested a Feedback Waiver under false pretenses or pressured the student into agreeing to a Feedback Waiver, we may decide to deactivate your Ringle account.
