Your payments can be subject to negative adjustments in two different circumstances:
- When you submit Feedback Reports late or not at all
- When the student complains about your network environment, and we find that it exceeds certain acceptable thresholds
If your Feedback Report is submitted over 48 hours late or not at all, the payment for that lesson will be subject to a negative "Adjustment" of 100%.
If your network environment has audio transmission losses of greater than 15%, latency above 300ms, or Jitter above 300ms on multiple separate occasions, that lesson may we subject to negative "adjustments" as follows: can be subject to a negative lesson payment adjustment as follows:
3 - 4 connection interruptions: 10% adjustment
5 - 7 connection interruptions: 25% adjustment
More than 8 connection interruptions: 50% adjustment
If your student gave you a rating of 5/5 for the lesson, we'll halve the Network Environment Adjustment. This means you'll only lose 5%, 12.5% or 25% of your lesson's compensation.
