The only times we'll request a payment from you via PayPal are if we believe we have paid you an incorrect amount. In these instances, we expect you to return the original payment, so we can re-issue a new, corrected payment.
If you are concerned that this payment request may not be from us, or don't understand why we have requested money from you, please drop us a message via the on-site Chat function with a screenshot of the money request on PayPal and we'll look into the matter for you!
