First of all, check to ensure that you've not forgotten one of the common reasons for a payment discrepancy:
1. Negative adjustments as a result of incomplete Feedback Reports or a poor network environment
2. PayPal's transaction fees
3. Leveling up to a new Payment level (please note: new Payment Levels only apply to lessons confirmed after you level up, rather than lessons conducted after you level up)
If you're expecting a bonus for reaching a certain milestone on the platform, please bear with us! These are processed manually, so it might take a little while for them to arrive in your Tutor Account.
