How can I update my personal information?

You're able to update some of your personal details yourself by heading to "My Page", which is found in the drop down accessed by clicking on your Profile Picture in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Here, if you head to "Basic Info", "Payouts" or "Security", you'll see a range of options you can change.

Some information, however, such as your name and email address, cannot be changed via "My Page". To change these personal details, drop us a message via the on-site Chat function and we'll process your request as soon as possible.
