You absolutely can! Cancellations, Last-Minute Cancellations, No-Shows will all impact your Promotion Points as well as your Star-Strike Status.
Importantly, lessons that students rate as either a 1/5 or a 2/5 will also lose Promotion Points! This is because we want to encourage you to perform well during your time with us. Ratings of 1 and 2 are very very rare on our platform, and only given out when students truly believe that that lesson was the worst that they have ever had.
