Losing Stars and gaining Strikes will gradually limit your access to lessons and new students. Remember: this doesn't refer to your accumulated Strike history, but rather the number of Stars and Strikes that you have during this 2 week period.
1 Strike OR only 4 Stars: You will lose access to unassigned lessons.
2 Strikes OR only 3 Stars: You will lose access to unassigned lessons and lesson requests from new students. This means that you'll only be able to accept lessons from students that you have taught before and choose to book more lessons with you.
3 Strikes OR only 2 Stars: You will not be able to schedule future lessons and your account will be deactivated. You'll have to lodge an appeal to reopen it via the on-site Chat function.
10 Accumulated Strikes: If you accumulate 10 strikes or more over the course of your time on the platform, your account will automatically be deactivated and you'll have to make an appeal to reopen it via the on-site Chat function. If necessary, you’ll have to meet with the Ringle team to discuss reopening your account and scheduling further lessons.
