Stars are measures of your success on Ringle! All tutors can earn Stars in 7 different categories:
- Average Rating
- Acceptance Rate
- No-Show
- Last Minute Cancellation
- Cancellation
- Lateness
- Incomplete Feedback Report
You can earn a Star by performing well in one of these given categories (i.e. an Average Rating of 4.8), may lose that Star if you perform less well (i.e. an Average Rating of 4.1), and gain a Strike if you perform poorly in that category (i.e. an Average Rating of only 3.2).
We have calibrated this system to ensure that all Stars are easily achievable and encourage you all to aim for Golden Star Tutor status, by staying at 7 Stars and no Strikes for 2 weeks or more.
